Your job:

This is a temporary position. This position is needed to supplement the current full-time staff and help with facilities projects. This position will assist with activities such as planting, mowing, string trimming, edging, trimming trees, pruning, watering, weeding, mulching, fertilizing, stripping parking lots, filling potholes, repairing sidewalks and curbs, trash collection, construction project clean-up, snow removal, and operating mowers to heavy equipment. In addition to grounds maintenance, the crew is responsible for performing physical moves of employee offices as well as creating and modifying modular workspaces as needed throughout the year. Also assists the trades crews with filter changes, HVAC cleaning, plumbing, painting, carpentry repair, and pulling wire.

The team:

This position will work with the Grounds Crew that consists of a Public Service Supervisor and Facility Maintenance Coordinators.

Monday – Friday

Flexible on start/end time(s)

Compensation:

$18-23 hour

Negotiable based on experience
